Team Invitation Letter to Parents and Families
Greetings families of Innovation High School,
You are invited to join the IHS PTA team! The team will be working together to address ways students and families can work to improve the school climate and community engagement. We will be meeting on February 16, 2020, at 12:45 p.m. through Zoom. We hope you will be able to join us!
This initial meeting is meant as an introductory to Innovation High School’s PTA and how to promote home support and engagement within our school community.
Research shows that community engagement supports student success. Students with involved outside support are more likely to earn higher grades and pass their classes, attend school regularly, have better social skills, and go on to postsecondary education.
