The National Honor Society (NHS) is a prestigious organization that recognizes high school students who demonstrate excellence in academics, leadership, service, and character. Membership in NHS is a significant honor and a testament to a student's dedication to their school and community.

Membership in NHS offers a number of benefits to students, including:

IHS Membership Requirements & Deadlines

To be eligible for membership in the Innovation Chapter of the National Honor Society, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 (85%)
  • Enrollment in at least one AP/College/Honor Class prior to applying
  • Completion of a minimum of 10 hours of community prior to applying
  • Demonstration of strong leadership qualities
  • Exemplary character and citizenship

The application process involves submitting an application, providing transcripts, community service records, and letters of recommendation.
